Refund Policy

E-DATA sells digital products (mobile data bundles) that are delivered directly to a recipient's phone number. Because delivery is instant and cannot be reversed by us once the network operator has credited the data, refunds work as follows.

When you are entitled to a refund

Failed delivery: if we cannot deliver your bundle within 24 hours of payment, you receive a full refund of that order.
Cancelled orders: if we cancel or refuse an order for any reason (for example a pricing error or a suspected fraud hold), any amount paid is refunded in full.
Duplicate charge: if you are charged more than once for the same order reference, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.

When a refund does not apply

Wrong number entered by the buyer: bundles successfully delivered to the phone number you entered cannot be recalled from the network. Please double-check the recipient number before paying.
Successfully delivered bundles: once the network operator confirms delivery, the sale is final.

Numbers pending verification: on some networks, purchases are limited to verified numbers. If your number is not yet verified, no payment is taken at all — the order is stopped before checkout and the number is sent to our team for approval. There is nothing to refund in this case.

How refunds are paid

Wallet purchases: refunded to your E-DATA wallet immediately when the failure is confirmed. You may use the balance for another purchase or request a withdrawal.
Paystack payments (mobile money or card): refunded to the original payment method through Paystack. Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days of confirmation; the time for funds to reflect depends on your provider (typically up to 7 business days for cards).
